Not a typical rental, these vacation rental condos and self-catering apartments are outfitted with care and presented by the Kihei & Ma'alaea Condos section of the South Maui Condos Owner Direct Rental Network.

To make it easier for you to find your perfect vacation condo, we have recently merged this part of our site with our primary site at MauiOwnerCondos.com. Kihei-Condos.com is now largely in use as a "back end" for our owners to update their listing information.

The value of a condo vacation is well known. Why stay at an expensive hotel when you pay much less and enjoy the space and freedom of your own condo and still partake in many of these Maui hotels' amenities. Wedding guests love staying in our condos. Just include our URL in your planning info and let them make their own arrangements.

By dealing with the owner directly, you know the specific condo you are renting. Most of us actually live in our units part time. Our kitchens are well equipped, our properties well maintained and the environment is anything but sterile. We all enjoy renting our Maui homes directly and introducing our "guests" to the 6 excellent golf courses and 2 world class tennis clubs within 10 minutes of our "bit of paradise". Most of our owners have been Maui regulars for years and are happy to share their knowledge of the island with you or help you find additional condos for family reunions or larger groups.

Ma'alaea is strategically located between the resorts of south Maui and West Maui. Many of the best whale watching, scuba, sailing and other tours leave right from our harbor. Here you will find several excellent restaurants, a Pacific Whale foundation store, our fascinating Aquarium (the Maui Ocean Center) and much more.

Kihei, the home of the Pacific Whale Foundation, is the happening capital of South Maui. It is also the perfect area on Maui for sun seekers. Temperatures range from 75-85F and rainfall averages less than 6"/year. Our 10 miles of beaches range from unspoiled and secluded to full-facility beach parks. Snorkel and dive gear, kayak rentals, and boat tours are readily available. South Kihei is not quite as hectic as the north end.
